Established as a private wireless data operator at nation level [under Decree 9288, dated October 5, 1996] and Operating since 1997. GDS is Lebanon’s leading and most trusted provider of data communications.

GDS offers a spectrum of protocol-independent data telecommunication services supported by a state-of-art network, a highly skilled and seasoned team of engineers and technicians and a dedicated Customer Service Center. Today, GDS boasts extensive coverage across the country: From Kobayat in the North to Mayss-el-Jabal in the far South of Lebanon.

Team

The GDS technical team is composed of groups of multidisciplinary and highly specialized engineers and technicians who are well-versed in all forms of wireless and wired technologies. Entrusted with handling every technical aspect of the operation, most team members have over 15 years’ hands-on experience in the telecommunications field. In addition, team members undergo continuous training on the regularly updated GDS network. GDS technical team is available 24/7/365 to respond to emergencies.
